Day time

· 3hr daytime event

· 1hr set up time

Night time

· 4hr nighttime event

· 2hr set up time

· 2 Round Chafing Dishes without sterno

Promotional Mid-week events (Tues.-Thurs.)

2hr events (Starting at $200-400)

Monthly Specials for Repast following funerals are only $300

*All events have a refundable Damage Deposit of $200,

due the day of your event, and returned within 24 hours after your event provided all

rules are followed!

·$125 Clean-up fee is REQUIRED for both daytime & nighttime events

Only additional hours are available for 2-3hr events for $100 (must be reserved in advance) ·

Only 30 minutes is available for an additional set up time for $50

A detailed officer is required for all events involving guests between the ages of 16 and 21, as well as for any events where alcohol is served.

·50% nonrefundable deposit is required for booking. Balance is due a week before the event! If the event is less than 30 days, full payment is required!

The Grapevyne, LLC does not supply any food, decorations, catering supplies/equipment.
